Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before they are shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Gloss & Growth By Shed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
